Question:

Is smoking the built up resin out of a marijuana pipe the same as smoking actual marijuana?

This is for a drug test. Does the resin show up on a test that would search for marijuana use?

Answer:

The bus would not be parked there in the first place. Fire lanes are reserved for fire, EMS or law enforcement. No one elseeven an organization such as the Red Crossmay utilize a fire lane for convenience. Besides, if a blood drive was being conducted INside a building, a bus would not even be there. The Red Cross uses the vans and SUVs to transport the equipment and technicians to the blood drive. The supplies are unloaded and the vehicles are parked in designated areas. I used to work for the Red Cross. EMT
Here's what more than likely CAUSED the wheel studs and lug-nuts to break off: Some idiot with a pneumatic air gun. did not use a torque-stick when the lug nuts were OVER-tightened, causing the stud and lug-nuts to break and fly off! A torque-stick between the air gun and impact socket only allows the lug-nuts to be tightened to a certain torque value or tightness. Read the following carefully: If the wheel bearing lug nut threaded studs are STILL in the car but the lug nuts are missing, the lug-nuts were never tightened to the correct foot-pounds of torque correctly. Irregardless what ever has happened your compressive insurance will pay for a new wheel, any damage to the wheel bearing or replacement of lug-nuts or wheel bearing studs. Wish I could been with you when the dealer of the car tried to convince you that (someone tried to steel the wheel and tire) Any moron including myself knows that theft was involved, *all four wheels would have been gone within one minute IF you didn't happen to have wheel locking lug-nuts on your car.
Im with you on this one. I think the dealership is full of crap. I think you had a problem and the tire was loose to begin with. In the future if you have a problem like that where it gets worse take it to a tire shop that would have possibly saved you such a big hassle. But I can see how its a good thing in a way that you did not go to any other shops. You will have an uphill fight with the dealership but if they did something wrong they should own up to it.
I bet that there was a statement on the repair invoice or you were told to retorque the lug nuts within 50 to 100 miles after the tires were balanced. Myself, I ALWAYS retorque the lug nuts myself after ANY time ANY mechanic removes a tire for ANY reason. This way I KNOW they were torqued correctly. However, I also blame the dealer for not investigating this vibration.
loose wheel nuts would have been noticed at any speed but maybe this car had been in another accident prior to you owning the sub-frame was bent went unnoticed when they repaired the cosmetic damage.the fact you hit a deer could have taken the wheel alignment out even more creating so much vibration in the wheel that the studs broke off 1 by one until all gone. at any given time had you circle checked the problem area, chance are you would have seen a missing wheel stud before they all broke off. Unfortunately this is going to blow into an all out battle now between you dealer, have this car on an alignment machine a.s.a.p. the source of all this happening from the time it was purchased may help you with your dilemma and hopefully in your favour. P.S. even if this car was brand new,low digit miles the car still could have been involved in an impact hit on the lot, or during a previous test drive. good luck
