So I hear and read that the horse market is going downhill.Why? Any thoughts on why and what we could do to help it would be interesting to hear!
If they offered her another position then she wasn't technically fired. If they are offering her less pay, she might be able to do something about that since she has no job performance issues documented.
im not really sure but i know what to do when my alarm goes off at 420
She can't be fired because she has kids, but they didn't actually say that to her. it is going to be hard to prove that to be the reason.
Tilt his head at an angle and flush with cool water. The coolness with help relief some of the irritation and the water will flush out any particules. You need to flush his eyes for at least three minutes. Then have him close his eyes and just blot them with a paper towel or soft cloth. Have him slowly open his eyes. If he continues to have irritation or problems..he needs to see a doctor.
