Special Equipment Safety Act
Special equipment refers to the physical and property safety of the greater risk of the boiler, pressure vessels (including gas cylinders), pressure pipes, elevators, lifting machinery, passenger ropeway, large amusement facilities, field (plant) within the special motor vehicles.
Article 2 This Law shall apply to the supervision and administration of the production of special equipment (including the design, manufacture, installation, alteration, repair), operation, use, inspection, inspection and special equipment safety.
