Given the economic principle - The government will always get more of what it pays for. Do you mean more of what WE pay for? The government does not have any money of it's own. When it taxes, prints, barrows, or loans money, it comes out of our pockets. When they cast a safety net, their intention is no longer to support those ensnared until they can swim, but to make them dependent on money taken from others and to secure their votes. It is no longer about compassion, it is now about buying power with money taken from others and using that power to take more. We get back to helping the helpless by addressing the causes of their problems instead of perpetuating the symptoms of helplessness and teaching the entitlement mindset.
I like behr brand paints. Nice coverage, great selection of colors and not over priced. Just make sure if you are painting a dark color to use a tinted primer, makes the paint go on so nice with less coats required.

As a painter for many years I can say that the brand is not that important as long as you do these things: 1) use a well known brand, 2) buy good quality paint, not the cheap paint. Behr, glidden, benjamin moore, dutch buy,.etc.
