I have been trying to get dreadlocks for the past even months to no prevail. I am an African-American male, my hair is about a foot long, and I have had to strand twist since August 2008. I haven't taken them out, but I rarely go for maintenance because I feel like it's over priced. Is there anything I can use to speed up the process, is there a reason my hair is not locking, or should I start over with a different method. I would really like to have locks by June which is my high school graduation. I see several people who's hair locks within three months.
why you dont go to the guy who cares of your neighborhood to call one police officer and wait there to give tikets cops will be happy to do that trust me
lot of variables/dui/actually speeding/(radar etc) accidents are what they say/accident/if speeding is your concern get speed bumps/get after the city to install them/aint easy butttttttttttttt the city responds to the loudest noise on a constant basis/call the cops /put there number on speed dial/gotta get a lot of callers involved/set up callers up and down the street/have them all call on the green sedan etc/

Vehicular manslaughter at best(for the killer) and murder at worst. Depends on the record of the driver if it turns out as manslaughter. See the thing is if there are no witnesses then you'd likely see it as vehicular manslaughter, for the simple fact that any other case could be hard to prove. By saying it that way you say well maybe the kid jumped out in front of the driver. Sure they can show speeding, depending how fast over, through things like skid marks. Thing is that they still can't prove if the kid jumped out or if it was just the speeding. The wost part for the driver though would be KNOWING they killed someone all their life.
