You team looks good, in fact it's not far off what i just recomended to a friend who started playing a few days ago since he's in about the same spot. Bidoofs can learn almsot every hm so they make a good hm slave. Budews can also learn cut, but nothing else.
I third the motion. If you are just playing in-game then your fine, but if you are playing through the internet you are gonna get kicked down left and right! Try this, take Lucario and infernape and get them to a minimum of level 80. Then the rest get to 75+. Then you might win a few matches! Good luck.
