I agree with the others but sometimes a new gas cap is in order to get the seal correct
If you only have 73 copper, I'm going to assume you're in the lower level bracket. My advice : Complete every quest you can possibly accept from everyone in your starter areas. They all give decent gear and gold in reference to your level and surrounding enemies. To be honest, you won't be making the big bucks till you're around lvl 60 or 70. That's a few months away, from the looks of things.
