no its not safe anymore sony has started banning people from psn and now a new hack is making people unban themselves and ban other people which I think is cool but the only thing that that is going to lead to is that sony is going to start bricking ps3 which means u cant use it anymore. if you still want boot loader search it on youtube its really easy a lot of my friends have it
