What's the difference btw lie in bed and lie in the bed or should I use on instead? Please...
Lie on the bed, in my mind, means on the covers, or having nothing covering me. Lying in the bed, makes me think of someone under, or in, their bedsheets.
Lay on the bed or Lying in bed (unless you are talking about someone who is in the bedroom and telling lies)
