Mac / Windows network help?

I have a new mac with a virtual windows pc installed on itI have my Mac connected to my local network with a 192.168.1.30 or whatever.Anyway In the virtual windows my ip address is a 10.200somethingI need to bridge the connection on the Mac to the WindowsHow do I do this?
