You sing through your nose when you get to those high notes (except for the very end, it sounded as it was supposed to. It may have been weak, but just use more breath support to reach them) and that makes your pitch flat. You not bad, actually pretty good (and I like your tone), you just need a little practice and the right techniques :)
i agree w/everyone else, just watch the high notes but other than that you have a beautiful voice and it sounded great!
