Question:

Mets are 4-0. Thoughts?

David Wright looks like an MVP again he is back to his old swing. The pitching looks like it is living up to its highest potential including the bullpen. Do you think this team can make the playoffs? I think they can win the division BQ- Do you think David Wright will hit with his old numbers BQ2- Do you think Daniel Murphy will be in the running for the batting title like he was before he got hurt last year.

Answer:

Wow what a great question. I think the main question will be What will it cost per horse? And then can you market them so as to at least break even. price wise. You may have to make a couple models to figure that out. It is a great question and I hope I can find it again to see the answer. Thanks for asking These are all great questions. ma
Here's the real dilemma; the newer water smart toilets use a much more efficient water pattern to effectively push the waste down the drain. The old toilets not so much; they used volume instead of pressure. You can buy a ballcock (the tower thing in the tank) that is adjustable for less than $10 in most areas and play with the adjustment until you reach that still flushes well most of the time and is not filling the tank up all the way. We just replaced the ballcock in our one toilet that is not a water saver and it has helped a lot. Before this I had two 1/2 gallon plastic jugs (milk jugs) with gravel in the bottom and filled with water in there. You need the gravel to make the buggers stay put. Didn't bring the efficiency up to today's levels but it certainly helped! Replacing the ballcock is a fairly easy task if you read and follow the directions. If you have a carpet shampoo (extraction unit) machine, that makes getting all the water out of the tank a lot easier. Just stick the end of the hose in the tank after you've turned the water off and flushed. There is always an inch or so of water left and as soon as you take the thing apart, that will be on the floor. Seems toilets are almost never where you can get a bucket under there! Bricks are a somewhat futile attempt, go with the jugs at the minimum and if you're up for it replace the ballcock with an adjustable one and it will help a lot.
The safest thing is to do it outdoors with a slight breeze at your back and wear a mask. Pay attention to where the overspray will go so as not to inadvertently spray someones car. If you can rig up something where the sword will hang, you can spray the whole thing at once also. Don't apply too heavily or it will drip or sag.
