Does anyone knows that mobile phone number or at least knows a way to find who owns it???
mobile phone numbers are highly govt protected so there probably isn't a search to find out the owner of the cell like there is a way to find the owner of a land line. plus, there are so many people who have cell phones but they are in other people's name, ie: their parents, siblings, etc. the best way: call and ask
