you probably would want to go with metal because eventually you will have to wear them anyways plus the give better grip on all parts of the field. being underweight doesnt matter at all
Metal Cleats would be the better choice. Metals give you better grip on both grass and dirt no matter how much you weigh. But be careful, some leagues don't allow metal cleats.
