Can you recommend a cycle alarm for a 1995 Suzuki RF600? I just recently lost the remote to my current Quorum alarm and am looking for a replacement remote or an entirely new unit. Thanks for the help!
The landlord for the additional water/hydro bills. Not sure about the doctors bills though unless it can be proven that it was due to the landlords negligence that the water heater caught fire (if that is proven then I would think he is also responsible for your loss of belongings as well) - talk to a lawyer. We are also dealing with a utilities bill coming up from my daughter's landlord from a flood in the basement of the house she is renting. We will be refusing to pay for the extra costs of running dehumidifiers and fans 24 hours a day.
Just keep your nose clean and don't do anything that could potentially go in your file or work against you. If you do get fired for no reason you can file a discrimination suit against your employer. But, talk to HR first thing tomorrow. Make sure you have documented in your file your side of the story. If the HR person does not have time for you type it up in an email, send it to HR and your personal account and get a return receipt. Don't say anything negative about your boss. Only state the facts that are being questioned and with video evidence you should be secure. You need evidence/proof if anything happens.
