I suggest finding all the areas that has the alarm systems. I bet there is somewhere that doesnt have alarm system. Or what u can do is i bet there is a code u type in to turn it off. find the code and ur free. Maybe if they have a office or something thats where the code is or watch them type in the code. Also maybe find out what the alarm is called and call the company say that the alarm is not working when u type in code and maybe they can tell u how to reset it and u can make ur own code for the alarm. Hope this helps
If it is a Master padlock, it would say Master on the knob part of the dial. If it doesn't, it is probably an import imitation.
When in the lock position you can still push the latch in. You can lock the door in the open position then shut it and it will be locked. (The latch slides in allowing the door to close). These type locks can often be opened by sliding a credit card or drivers license in to move the latch. That is why a dead bolt is often added. The flatter part of the latch should be to the inside to prevent it from being pushed open.
