When the wipers are turned off, the one on the passenger side sorta sticks off the side, or isn‘t flush with the glass. When I drive the wind blows it, and it shakes. When I turn the wipers on, it goes flat agaisnt the glass and wipes. Does this sound like something you have heard of before? What can I do to fix it because everywhere I go, noone can give me an answer! Thanks.
