its those really soft furry ones. first it started as a static shot then kept getting stronger then the whole blanekt has fuzzy blue static balls i got off the bed then fire.should i sue the blanket company?

Did you really have a fire, or just the glow from static charges? If there was no char, smoke or flame, you didn't really have a fire.
Go to the Consumer Product Safety Commission's website. Search for electric blankets. The one you have may have been recalled already. You might consider suing the manufacturer in small claims court for replacing your mattress if it was damaged and repairing the smoke damage to your bedroom if there was any.
