my car doesnt start at all and i had someone jump my car but still not even a click what can it be?
Check the connections in your battery and cables and be certain they're blank and no longer oxidized. Reconnect the jumper battery to yours, and check out once more. If it nonetheless clicks, take your battery out, take it to Wal-Mart, AutoZone, O'Reilly's, or a few car retailer and feature it confirmed. If it's vulnerable, it is going to want charging (a few autos are complex if no longer unattainable to leap with a useless battery). If the battery is okay, then your starter or begin transfer (within the column) is dangerous. My bet is the starter, however examine this different stuff first. If it's the starter, the avenue purifier will need to cross round.
Well, when jumper cables are hooked up to the battery, make sure that the lights on the dash come on. That will tell you if you are at least getting power. If you do have power, you may have a bad solenoid on the starter. And this is just a shot in the dark, because you don't specify. But if your vehicle happens to be a manual transmission/stick shift, then you may want to try to push it off/pop the clutch. If you do have a stick shift, and not sure what i'm referring to, then just email me for details. Other wise, I'd have the starter removed and taken to a part store to be tested. Most any part store will do this free of charge.
If there's nothing at all, even with a jump, the starter or something in the starting system is gone. There are a couple of interlock switches that have to be closed before the starter motor will turn. Usually one in the tranny, to make sure either the tranny is in PARK ( if auto ), or the clutch is not engaged ( manual tranny ). On automatic tranny cars, maybe another one to make sure the brake pedal is depressed.
