how do I know if the charger is the problem, or if its the actual laptop that needs to be fixed (the part where the charger goes in)?It started happening just when I bought this charger , so im thinking maybe its a cheap brand?
It's probably the charger, mines the same but mine just went loose over time because i used it lots.
Compare the ends on the old charger and the new one. They maybe different in size, if so take it back where you bought it, take along your old one and show them what size you need. Good Luck. Be careful as loose will cause heat and burn up your laptop and or new charger.
