So the wiper just stopped moving even though I hear the motor running. everyone I have talked to said it just needs to be tighten. But I am having an issue trying to figure out how to open the base of the blade to get to what I need to. Can anyone tell me is there something special I need to do to open it???
To remove the wiper cowl you need to remove the wiper arms, lower windshield molding, and you will have bolts under the hood and possibly under the fenders. You may nee to get a Haynes or chilton repair manual on your car to find all the bolts. Wiper cowls can be tricky some times.
