My other horses are named Rodeo Cowboy, Jessie and Flame

Answer:

That is 100% discrimination. Have you ever had problems with this boss before? Maybe you did something(on purpose or not) that pissed him off and he's taking it out on you this way. If there is no dress code then they can't say anything. Refuse to change, and if he keeps pestering, ask him for a reason(which he shouldn't be able to give since there is none), if he STILL keeps pestering, tell him you're gonna get a lawyer. Get his *** fired.
Unless your video card is shooting flames at the CPU it 's probably not an issue. 1. You failed to mention your CPU cooler and did you apply thermal compound before installing the cooler onto the CPU. 2. Any type of insulating material between the CPU cooler and the CPU chip. 3. Is the CPU cooler rated for your CPU? Either of items 1 2 listed above could account for the CPU temp being hot and the CPU cooler output temp not being hot. Good Luck
When it overheats have you tried to see if the CPU heat sink is hot. If it is this then try removing the CPU heat sink and putting new thermal paste on it to make sure that is seated correctly on the CPU. It should not be the GPU because the GPU fan blows the air either out of the case or down I cannot remember which and not on the CPU.
