I can't see how this is supposed to drain. I've only had the machine 2 days and I'm already tired of having to empty the dispenser by hand. Is this a design flaw? Is there a fix?
There is always water in a front loader since they can not drain all the water out. I think the dispenser cups should empty. Maybe they installed your washer wrong. read the manual to make sure they did everything right when it was installed You should have gotten the Maytag - Bravos 5.0 Cu. Ft. 13-Cycle Washer. it works just like a front loader.
Are you sure you are putting it in the right part? Maybe try putting it in the pre wash section, it goes straight into the washer. Or call the place you got it from, you may have gotten a washer with a flaw.
