Hi! I have a USB Nokia data cable. When I click the Get connected button in the PC Suite, it tells me to connect my cable to the computer and my phone to the cable. When I connect my cable to the PC it comes up with the Add Hardware wizard. Nokia says to select Install hardware automatically but windows says that it cant find the software needed to install! I have all the drivers on my PC and I don't know what to do!!!! Thanks!P.S I have a Nokia 3200 and the correct cable type!
Uninstall PC Suite completely. Get the latest version of Nokia PC Suite (ver 6.82) at nokia .uk/pcsuite It fixes a lot of problems found in earlier versions. Donwload install it. Dont connect the phone till PC Suite instructs you to.
