Forget those above, disconnecting battery wont help nor will doing the 30 minute re-learn. Useless since the car is already running!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The sensor for the KEY-IN Reminder is jacked up, you may have to tear back into it look at that sensor. You must have gotten it crocked or stuck at an angle to one side so it thinks the key is still inside the ignition cylinder. That is why the KEY IN CHIME is going off, plus since it thinks the key is still in the ignition, it is preventing you from locking the doors so you DONT LOCK the keys INSIDE the car.IF you tear back into it, as long as you re-use all the same parts, you will not have to re-do the 30 minute relearn
