Can someone tell me what the tiny transformers are. I remember that they are somehow activated using some green energy device. I'm not even sure if that is it
It depends what you mean, do you mean from the original 80's show The Transformers or the later show Transformers: Energon, which was part of the Unicron trilogy. The only one I remember small transformers 'activating' in is the second one. If you meant the original, I'd assume you were talking about the cassettes, which Soundwave and Blaster had. They weren't activated with any sort of green device but they were smaller Cybertronians that transformed into tapes and were stored in their 'tape-master's chest. This would include Rumble, Ravage, Frenzy, Ratbat, Lazerbeak and several other with make small appearances (Decepticons). There was Ramhorn, Rewind, Eject and Steeljaw along with a few others. In this the main focus of the show was that apart from the Autobots and Decepticons there was another faction, the 'Mini-cons', which were small and powerless on their own, but they could be used as power-ups by the larger 'bots, so they were sent into deep space for their own protection. These ones were 'activated' as such in that they formed a sword or shield or similar that could only be used by a larger bot other than acting independently as a small Cybertronian. They shared a lot of the same names as the 1980's continuity characters, but these are the ones I was talking about, they're about the size of a human. There have been several small transformers. Soundwave had Lazerbeak, Rumble,and Ravage in the anime. There was also the autobot version Blaster who showed up in later seasons. You also might be talking about headmasters, Brainmaster(may have only been shown in Japan), or the minicons from Transformers: Armada. There was also an episode where 3 Autobots shrunk down and entered Megatron in order to retrieve the Heart of Cybertron.
