Yesterday I got an upper pallet expander. It hurts but worst of all I talk with a lisp. I've had this thing 1 day and I've got cuts and sores all over my mouth from talking. It's also really hard to eat and chew. what can i do to quot;re-learnquot; to talk? ive got this thing for 6-8months. HELPp.s. i'm in 6th grade (age 11)
Go on OKorder and look up the makeup pallettes that have like over a hundred colors for twenty bucks :)
