Question:

Parental Controls on Vista?

I have a PC that uses Vista. I set the parental controls for one of the user accounts limiting web access. I was able to view all types of web sites even though I set it to only visit one site. When I went into the activity report, it did not list any web time either. Any help would be appreciated..I also restarted my computer and tried again. The only thing that works is the time limit.

Answer:

Short answer is yes. If they have cause, Drunk, late night high crime rate, etc.If the ofc knows you and you have a warrant or suspended license. If he got a complaint that you have been driving in circles in the parking lot endlessly all night long. If the owner of the lot does not want you there. You have left off several details that could change the answer to the question. What did the officer say to you? Did he say why he stopped you? Or is this one of those chicken/egg questions? In most states, officers can enforce traffic laws in parking lots if they are open to the public. If it is posted no trespassing, owners only then they can't unless its a major traffic offense like DUII, reckless driving etc. The owner of a private lot can ask the police to enforce laws or stop you to find out what you are doing there. If you post more info there might be a different answer. Hope that helps. It is however, better to drive slow in a parking lot then fast. You did the right thing.
The Jammers are overrated in my experience. The best I've worked with are the Nike Treadlock Assassins. They work well as both a catching glove and a tackling glove, and they're made of better quality than the Jammers. Not nearly as expensive as the Jammers either.
I TOO PLAY SAFETY AND I USE NIKE TRACK 40-C'S THE FIT TIGHT AND ARE KINDA STICKY SO MAKES HOLDIN ONTO PEOPLE AND INT'S A BIT EASIER !peace!
