Question:

Pepsi, regular, lime , vanilla or cherry?

Regular first for me then lime but never cherry it tastes like cough medicine. Vanilla does not taste that good either.

Answer:

No, sorry. That is very dangerous advice, especially in regards to sunstroke. The mechanisms that cause sunstroke have nothing to do with the nutrients in lime juice. Drinking lime juice as liquid to help keep you hydrated so sunstroke doesn't occur...well, I understand that, but why not just drink water? Lime juice is very healthy in terms of how it helps to shift the body's pH, it has a lot of Vitamin C surrounded by all of the naturally occurring phytonutrients in the fruit. It helps you lose weight by making you feel fuller so you don't eat, but not because there is some magical ingredient that burns fat. I recommend drinking water that has lime juice in it, not the straight juice. In terms of decreasing menstrual flow, I know of no studies that have ever shown that, nor do I know of personal stories that support that. Have fun swimming!
It contains lots of vitamin C so is good for you in that respect, but it doesn't do ANY of the things mentioned above (apart from no 2, for the aforementioned reason). If it helped you lose weight, don't you think we'd all be drinking gallons of it?
