absoutly,, pvc is for cold water cpvc is for hot water pex is for both pex needs special tools to crimp ,,check out price pvc and cpvc both need cleaner and glue and you must wait the specified time for glue to set,,I think 45 minutes pvc and cpvc are very forgiving if you make a mistake on measuring or direction,,just cut add a coupling and go again, phil, who sells the creme colored pvc? I would like to try it
