It varies greatly place to place. Drop by the fire department and ask.
OMG!! Your a good writer! I can't really see your question so well so I'm just gonna say yesterday I was lighting matches cuz I liked to watch the leaves on the ground burnd. Then I dropped a match with a pile of leaves and the fire was about 4 feet tall and getting bigger. I kept getting water and using it to take out the fire. It didn't work the hose were to far and the fire grew as much as I came and left. Then I got so annyed I picked up a big bucket and filled it. I went outside and the fire was HUGE!!! Then I poured the water all over and the fire finally came out but luckily none of the neighbors saw so I didn't get in much troube despite the fact I almost got the fire to grow till it hit the house. I'm stupidP
