PSU With 12-pin Main Connector?

I have this motherboard that has a 12-pin connection, so I need a psu that fits it. The psu needs a plug for my cpu, gpu, and the motherbaord. I don't know the exact wattage, but my cpu is Intel i5 4400 and the gpu is Nvidia Geforce 660. So I need a psu that has neough watts for my build and has a 12-pin cord that connects to the MB and two other cords for my cpu and gpu.

As far as i know you need both connected. you might have updated your bios that's why your four pin isn't working. Do check the power configurations in your bios. I am definitely sure that's where the problem is. Hope that helps.
I suspect that ye're misreading connectors. The ATX standard uses a 20- or 24-pin connector (2 rows of 10 or 12 pins each) to supply the motherboard with +3.3, +5, -5, +12, and -12 volts DC; plus a separate 4- or 8-pin connector (8 pins, viz., 2 rows of 4 pins, is standard for Intel? 4th Generation Core? Processors (LGA 1150) ), to supply +12VDC to the CPU power regulator module. Most PCI-Express x16 video display adapters with high-power GPU's use one or two auxiliary power input connectors for +12 VDC; they can be six- or eight-pin, depending on the VDA circuitry and GPU. If in fact the PSU connector on the motherboard is a 12-pin, then ye're looking at a proprietary PSU specification unique to the manufacturer of the motherboard.
You don't need a 12 pin connector. You need two 6 pin connectors.
