1 - What kind of tires do I need on my car? I always bought the touring tires but I know it rains a lot in Portland. Would I need snow tires? I actually didn't even know snow tires existed until recently.2 - Are there a lot of on-ramps and off-ramps? I don't have much experience with these and they kind of freak me out. How do you get on and off them - should you go at full speed and hope no one hits you or slow down?
