Answer:

NTFS or New Technology File System is the standard file system of Windows NT and its descendants: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 and Windows Vista. NTFS replaced Microsoft's previous FAT file system, used in MS-DOS and early versions of Windows. NTFS has several improvements over FAT such as improved support for metadata and the use of advanced data structures to improve performance, reliability and disk space utilization plus additional extensions such as security access control lists and file system journaling. The exact specification is a trade secret of Microsoft.
NTFS that's the standard now.
i am going to visit my girl friend. should i go by a car or airplane? i think i should just put my hand on her becuase she is living with me. heheheh anyway see it depands, for what purpose and enviroment will this your P 4 might be used. if your are a home users, and you have your data/files not so importent to be stolen then i guess your should use FAT32(WHY. because its faster than NTFS(yes). but else if you are not home users, and/or you need to secure/protect your data(WHY). then, i believe you should use NTFS. hahah love it, always explorer it. keep it clean. Good Luck
NTFS. More secure and more protection. On FAT you may lose files if your windows freezes or power failure. Based on my 7 years experience.
could you put your car some where else? or you could get a car porch or some thing to cover the car
