When you go to the dmv you take a test about what would you do if you saw a siqn , if a car was next to you etc . If you pass the test you need to take a different test which is naming the motorcycle parts then you have to zig zag in a line the go clockwise in a cirlce and counter clock wise in the circle without geting out of the circle nor puttinq you feet down the go zig zag back . Definitely worse to convict a innocent person. My friend was accused of rape.and guess whyyou'll never believe it.because he refused to have sex with this physco girlhe was arrestedhas his phone and laptop takenhouse searched, etc.. Luckily for him.the police knew very quickly that there was no evidence and it all seemed a very suspicious allegation, after doing a bit of investigating. So I think defendants should have rights to privacy.especially when women actually cry rape these dayswhats even worse is that the girl wasn't prosecuted at allin my opinion she should have gotten and even longer sentence than a rapist.
