I have a BMW x5 2003. I used the rear windshield wipers when it was raining today, and they stopped working half way through. It has been bouncing on the glass, moving about 3 inches then stopping then repeating it until it makes it through 1 full cycle. Ive heard that there is a jam protection on it that stops you from damaging the motor. What else cant he problem be.
the rear wiper motor itself! but in order to remove it u have to take out the mechanism that comes whit it then u will see if there's something that wont let the motor do the full cycle! good luck!
