Question:

remote start/ car alarm

I just bought a vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with a remote start and car alarm system. The auto group i purchased the car from lost the key chain remote that controls the remote start etc. The problem is the vehicle was bought and sold 3rd party so the previous owner cannot be reached. My question is: Is there any way to figure out the brand or manufacture or anything so that i can get a new remote? Are there some kind of serial numbers or identification codes somewhere on my car? THere are some wires under the hood and a control box under the dash however nothing has any kind of company markings only some numbers which i dont know what they signify. The vehicle was originally bought in Union, NJ and the previous owner lived in Maplewood, NJ if that has any meaning im not sure. thanks for any and all help!

Answer:

Yes you can thread PVC pipe, if you need to. You MUST use Schedule 80 PVC and can use a regular pipe threader. Schedule 80 PVC is usually dark grey in color. It is the same dimension on the outside as Sch. 40 PVC, so normal PVC fittings will work with it, but recommend using Sch. 80 fittings. Alot of times it is just easier to use a male adapters and make your own pipe nips. Hope this helps! Good luck!
will weaken the pipe.
difficult task. research onto yahoo or google. this could help!
uhhh? PVC is not threaded, If you need a nipple buy one and install it. If you tried to thread it it would not work. The cross sectional area of a nipple is bigger than the pipe.
including your age; and if someone get seriopusly hurt, like an eye injury (it's pastic but those BBs still can blow out your eye) it's your parents who will get sued and even getting JAIL for let you have the airsoft gun. If you get one anyway, the tip must be orange, gogles and safety clothing are required; NO Shots to the Face or Neck even if you ThinK the air-soft gun is empty; you canNOT use them in public, that include a backyard if it's got open view to the streets and/or other homes; and you must inform neigbors or they might call police who in turn probaly will shoot at you with real guns.
