Question:

Remove baseboards for basement flooding?

We recently had flooding in our basement due to a backup from our kitchen / sewer drain. We have cleaned the floors, walls and baseboards and also pulled up the carpet. Do we need to replace the baseboards as well?

Answer:

Looks like some nozzles are clogged up. Try cleaning..there should be a maintenance task for it. If that doesn't work..you'll have to clean it manually. If the cartridge has the nozzles on it like the HP's do, then something is stuck between the print head (cartridge) and the paper on the roller. If its not thatI assume you removed the tape cover on the cartridge for the vent and nozzles?..You cartridge isn't in the holder correctly?Or you got a bad cartridge. You might want to wipe down your rubber coated drive roller with alcohol, it will soften it and refresh it so the paper wont slip around and get off track.
You have no rights here and you DO NOT have a written agreement saying you can come back 'when ready'. If you say that in court, you can expect to pay the employer's legal fees.
