i have a ski rack that the key broke off in the lock, how do i fix it?

Eh.. I really don't know about this one. Phil Hughes isn't exactly a stud (or even a possible stud) Carpenter is already 35 with injured filled seasons. He had a career year last year, but I think you have to trade him.. I don't think Hughes is a good pitcher though.. It looks like the Yankees are going to use him as a RP this year (Vazquez, Sabathia, Burnett, Pettitte and Joba being starters). If you could get a little more for him (Maybe Garza or Lester) I'd say do it. But not for Phil Hughes. Oh yeah that's a good point. If you're in playoff contention you don't do it at all. If you are going to finish the bottom half of the league (i.e you're team has more prospects than studs) you should do it if Phil Hughes is a starter AND he is decent this year. I'd wait to see what Hughes does in spring training though. Too early to tell if he'll be good or not.
