Question:

resin or acrylic water to show off rocks in a jar?

I've been collecting rocks from different locations that my boyfriend I have gone to on our dates. I'd like to display the rocks and the rose he gave me on our first date in a jar. The idea is to put them in something that will give the rocks the wet look so it's easy to see what attracted up to them in the first place. I thought I'd build them up the sides 2 or 3 inches depending on the size and shape of the jar. Once that is done, fill in the center with more resin or acrylic water and set my rose in. (I've dried it already). The jar will have a lid to help seal everything in and dust free.So my questions are: Which is better for this, resin or acrylic water? Will either give the rocks the wet look I am after? Can I cover the dried rose completely to seal it in with either one of products?

Answer:

you can as long as long as you can remove the cylinder.
Not likely. Depends on what you do while there, but just looking has never given anyone pink eye that I know of.
A union fitting is a three piece affair that allows one to take a line apart at some point and return it back to service without having to make alterations to the line in self. A union fitting can be plastic, copper or iron- threaded or sweat-ed. Union fittings may certainly have a different meaning elsewhere but this is the description in the USA.
Yes most locks can be re-keyed by a locksmith. Some hardware stores like Lowes have the parts for re-keying locks but usually only for the brands that they carry, and you will have to remove the locks from the doors and bring them in to be re-keyed, where most locksmiths will do the service at your home.
