Just to add more to this out of concern, I read from another question which involved the same problem that I have at the moment, the best answer chosen by voters said that it was because I was not computer administrator anymore. I'm a little confused though because firstly, when I created this account on the computer I made it so that this account was computer administrator. Secondly, everytime I start my computer it says this thing needs to install but it cannot find the directory because it does not exist. Thirdly, I had spyware and malware and viruses on the computer which I just fixed recently, and was wondering, could that have been the cause for the change from being administrator to not being administrator anymore? Fourthly, I can't go onto the other account on the computer because that other account which was administrator also can not access the control panel. So I take it I have to do a system restore.[To be continued]
