Please give me some useful reviews about a home made tile cleaner or its advantage from a commercial one. Because i really need it for our science investigatory project, and on giving reviews please include the source of your review and the year or its profession. Please give me an accurate one , 'coz this is a serious matter.....thank you!
First thing is this isn't the appropriate section for the question...just so you realize the answers might not be the best---compared to placing it in other column. I use no commercial products whatsoever. Yes, hot water is a very good thing. Commercial products are not good for the environment. when it goes down the drain--it becomes a pollutant. Also, people with asthma or allergies are not able to tolerate the chemicals. There are just a zillion reasons. Pets and people become chemically sensitive to them. Good luck with homework.
Maybe you should go to the HomeGarden Section...and then go to Cleaning Laundry. (It might tell you about cleaning tiles in there.) Some of those people might be scientists too...or have studied science. Good Luck. PS..I think that lady gave a good answer..about using hot water. I'm sure there are more home made cleaners..maybe the people in the Senior Citizen section would remember some. Go to Groups or something like that in the Categories. Edit..Found it..go to Society Culture...then Groups..(for help from Seniors) Maybe they remember what their grandparents used...before commercial cleaners...or great grandparents..
Soap, hot water and elbow grease usually work best for me.
