scared of fire alarms, normal ?!?

well ever since i can remember ive always hated the fire drills at school.like even if i knew it was gonna be a drill and if its going to happen then i would be fine but once it goes off i like get a lump in my throat and get butterflies like when your really scared. and i cant act normal cause im scared even though i know you shouldn't be cause there's nothing wrong.i was never in a fire as a young child but my mum said i used to have terrible dreams about being trapped in a fire or something like that and that i used to be scared about there being a fire during the night and me not about to escape cause my room was small :/ok sounds silly i know but no one else is gets scared of them any ideas why ??im not scared of fire and its not a conscience fear if you know what i mean like i cant stop my self from being scared its hard to explain from like when the bell starts till 5 mins after i get like shaky and butterflies and lump in throat and worried weird ??ideas ?? thanks x

buy a plug in fan, or get air conditioningthat usually helps.
You might consider kerosene or gas heaters. And use a good surge control with your computer.
You can spend more time outside so it's cooler when you go in. If you have a fridge, you can spread ice around. You can get a little fan. Put reflective material on the roof. Don't let sunlight enter through the door. Or, rather, do. And keep lights off so they won't heat the place up. Try to make it less humid so it feels cooler. You could do that by opening windows. But you can't, so try keeping your front door open. Unless that's dangerous. Keep less open water around to evaporate. And try to have air flow. It's not hard to find cheap fans that would really help. Put them in the most open spaces in the trailer to get the most cooling possible. Air flow, a fan, and light reflective colors outside should help.
