a Pittsburgh Pa,black state trooper who was just ending his 18 month probationary period,says he was fired for the reason of using ebonics in his reports and even speaking ebonics..the highway patrol contends that the man lacked solid job knowledge,and basic police skills,also listing officer/public safety concerns..im not real sure but i think their has to only one standard of which reports are written so that its easier for all involved to quickly comprehend..that would be like a chinese police officer writing his reports in chineseso do you think he has a case or not,will he win his suit and gain his job back like he wants? BQ-if he can learn ebonics,why cant he learn standard writing and english which is required?
