i have a 04 GTO that is lowered 2 front and back.. so it scrapes pretty often if i'm not paying attention.. you need to hit any bumps at an angle.. if their is a dip in the ground you'll again have to hit it at an angle however most of the time dips are on crappy roads and you don't spot them till it's too late however.. don't slam on your breaks when you see them you'll just scrape harder.. you also might want to check the shocks if your scraping periodically on good pieces of road with tiny bumps or dips..
better for what? resin without glass or fiber filler is brittle. gelcoat is not suitable for structural components.
