I have a grocery list of all the ingredients we commonly used saved on the computerWhen it's time to go shopping I just print off a copy, mark what I need, and goMy list is organized by isle in the grocery storeMy categories are: 1Dairy (milk, eggs, butter, yogurt, cheese, etc.) 2Pantry/Dry (bread, pasta, cereal, coffee, sugar, pancake mix, etc.) 3Pantry/Wet (stock, jelly/jam, soup, etc.) 4Frozen (bread dough, chicken, shrimp, pizza, etc.) Drinks (bottled water, diet coke, juice, etc.) 5Sauces/Flavorings (pasta sauce, BBQ, olive oil, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, syrup, salt/pepper, garlic salt, etc.) 6Snacks (tortilla chips, pretzels, chips, etc.) 7Fruit/Veg (garlic, onions, potatoes, bananas, apples, romaine lettuce, carrots, oranges, etc.) So, pick out what you know how to cook and buy ingredients for 5 meals at a timeStart building your listA first week's meal might include: Monday - Oven roasted chicken with rice and steamed veggies (leaving you lots of chicken for leftover sandwiches for lunch) Tuesday - Baked rotini with chicken mozzarela cheese Wed - Garlic beef tips over leftover rotini, steamed veg Thursday - Leftover chicken in tortilla wraps with salad fruit Friday - Nachos with leftover garlic beef tips
Conair is not a good brand for straightenersIf you really want a good one, you will have to pay about $90 or moreTry a CHI hair straightenerBut get a ceramic one, which is better for your hairCHI also makes great Heat protection hair productsI use the Thermal polishing spray and it works wonderfully! Or you can get a professional one, like HAI [Hair Art Information] It works really good, I think they cost around $200A friend of mine has two of themThey will keep your hair straight all through the day and sometimes through the nextI personally prefer CHIHOPE THIS HELPS :]
