I have a cruiser with hard lockable saddlebags (panniers.) Helmet, stows in the bag. Jacket, stows in the other bag. Have about four pounds of chain and a big lock in the saddlebag. Motorcycles have no problem on hills, wuss motorcycles are faster than 90% of all cars.
helmet , bikes have a lock to lock the hemet to . parking . it is wise to lock your bikewhile parking if there is special parking thats better hills . a motorbike should have no problem with a steep hill . happy riding
