The Juice Diet; Equipment Question?

I've decided to do the juice diet after watching it on tv and really wanting to lose weightThe guy who did it used a juicerI've looked online and they're pricey, Is a smoothie maker just the same? Or does it include a lot more calories by using the whole fruit that I wouldn't lose weight? I want to be making fruit and vegetables into drinksSo my question is, what is better, a smoothie maker or a juicer? Thanks

Answer:

The only unobtrusive insulating method I'm aware of for existing walls is blown in insulationA good contractor can the proper coverage in your wallsBeyond that, you are reduced to removing the skin, either inside or outside, and adding insulationIf it were my house and I was going to those lengths, I would hire someone to put foam insulation in the walls before putting the drywall back onYou can also skin the house with insulation - Most siding comes with a layer of insulation.
Foam has the highest R Value per inch thickness, but also costs the mostBlow-in Cellulose is most typicalBut without a Vapor barrier, there could be issues down the lineI'd personally be leaning towards the Foam, injected from bottom to top, because it can handle the fact that there is no Vapor barrierAs to formaldahyde - the FEMA trailer issues are mostly from carpet and gluesMobile homes have been that way since they were invented - I used to install themIf they would just ventilate them with exhaust fans (like what firemen use) when they have them all parked in the staging fields (Before people move it) they would have much less issues bean-counters in charge! There are foam-fomulas that are very Healthy ( see link for one)
