lexmark and dell printers are the exact same company. unplug the unit from the wall and take paper out, clean the paper roll from i think the right side with windex and paper towels, run the wet towel all the way around the roller. if this doesn't help call dell and they will help you. if this has a warrenty from dell they might be able to replace it.
