tree, police say alcohol was not a factor. Can you say cover-up?
honestly it all depends on genetics if you breed her to an appy, it depends on if your mare is homozygous and if the stally is too i would breed her to a larger breed if you want a horse that you can ride for a long time depending on how tall ur mare is, and she looks pretty small (like 15hh?) quality of the stud depends too, my horse was bred from one of the best hanoverians in the country, and a very good dam as well and he came out pidgeon toed! everything depends on the genetics of the horse if you want a solid horse then dont breed her to an appy, because even if the gene is heterozygous in both parents, the foal will still be an appy there is no guarantee even if you breed her to a bay, there is 25% chance it will still be appy honestly i know a horse who is gray and had a gray stud and turned out chestnut wierd or what? parent color doesnt always matter. anyways enough ranting good luck!
What happened to the guy, that he went from doing great to substandard performance? (Not relevant, I'm just curious) Was he given a verbal warning? Was that warning documented? Supervisors must follow company policy guidelines, and not just talk amongst themselves about what they're gonna do.
Depends on where you're at. Most times employees can be fired for cause but you will still have to pay unemployment Since your employee handbook goes through some steps towards firing, it might be a good idea to make sure that those steps are followed in order to prevent the employee from coming back on you with a wrongful firing suit.
